Will you tell me the price before you start?: Yes. We look at the device, tell you what we found and what it costs, and wait for your approval before any work starts. The diagnostic fee is stated at the top of this page.
How long does a repair take?: Most screen repairs are finished the same day. For anything else, ask at the counter and we will tell you what to expect for your model before you leave the device with us.
What should I bring with the device?: The device itself, and the cable or charger if you have it — for a charging fault we test the whole charging path, and with a tablet we ask for its cable so we can do the same.
Do you repair phones, tablets and computers?: All three: iPhone and Android phones, iPads and Android tablets, and MacBook and Windows laptops. Screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, storage and startup problems are all on this page.
What if the device is not worth repairing?: For a computer, if the machine is not worth repairing we say so before you spend on it. That is the same rule everywhere on this page: you get the finding and the figure, and the decision is yours.
Can you get the data off a device that will not turn on?: That is a separate job and we do it: data recovery. A screen that is broken and a phone that will not power on are both worth bringing in, because the first step is finding out what is still readable.
