- Assessment — a non-refundable diagnostic fee per item, which comes off your bill if you approve the repair. We open the device and look for corrosion and damaged components.
- Quote — we tell you what we found, what we can attempt and what it costs, before any work starts.
- Cleaning and repair — the board is cleaned, corrosion is removed, and damaged components are replaced where that is possible.
- Data first — if the device will not come back but the storage is readable, we talk about data recovery before anything else.
We do not publish repair prices on this website. Tell us the model and what happened to it, and the counter will confirm the exact fitted price before any work starts.
An Honest Answer About the Outcome
Water damage is not a guaranteed repair. Some devices come back fully, some work for a while, and some are too far gone. We tell you which one we think you have after the assessment, and we do not charge for a repair we do not believe will work.
A cracked screen with water damage is two repairs; the screen repair is quoted separately.
